We recognize that many individual's credit scores have bumps and bruises for one reason or another.  We've got great news!  Your ability to qualify for LIBERTY FINANCING is based on your ability to repay the loan and not on your credit score!

To ensure your commitment to us, we do require a minimum of 5% of the purchase price as a down payment on your Liberty Home.  If you don't happen to have 5% at this time, again, no problem!  You can take advantage of our exclusive RENT2OWN program and begin earning Liberty Dollars the very first month! 

When you've earned enough Liberty Dollars to reach 5% of the purchase price, you automatically become eligible for our special in-house LIBERTY FINANCING!  You can also use any combination of Liberty Dollars and your own down payment funds to reach the 5% level.  The quicker you reach this level, the quicker you can enjoy the American Dream of home ownership!

Our in-house financing provides borrowers with competitive interest rates ranging from 7% to 10%.  The rate you pay will, in part, be determined by how much you put down, so the larger the down payment on your Liberty Home, the better the interest rate you will receive!  Interest rates are fixed for the life of the loan, which is typically up to 30 years.
